Mounting frame for the DASH7 touchscreen display.

Fits perfectly in the original E36 dashboard in place of the factory instrument cluster. Mounts with the original screws.

The DASH7 display is mounted to the mount using M4 screws.

Installation:

1) Screw the two lower M4 screws into the DASH7 (the screws are longer than the threads in the DASH, leaving about 3mm of clearance from the back of the DASH).

2) Insert the DASH7 display at an angle at the top.

3) Position the DASH7 vertically and slide it down until the lower screws engage the mount.

The display is securely held, and its surrounding edge secures it front and back.

The display's working area is clearly visible. There is still a 1-2mm margin at the bottom. The LEDs at the top are clearly visible and have a margin at the top.
